Early Release of Superannuation
In certain circumstances, the ATO may permit patients to apply for compassionate release of superannuation to help fund essential dental care. (Please note: eligibility for a family member is determined under the definitions set out in the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993).

Providing misleading information or attempting to access superannuation without eligibility can result in penalties, including repayment obligations, tax penalties, and possible impact on Centrelink or other benefits.
Lucent Dental can guide you through the process and provide the necessary treatment plans and reports, but approval decisions rest entirely with the ATO.
